Overview

Join a growing Post-Acute Care team in Greenville, SC as a full-time Physician (MD or DO). Enjoy a weekday-only schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call, in a Skilled Nursing and Rehab setting.


  • Provide direct patient care, including admissions, follow-ups, and Medicare visits
  • Manage long-term and acute treatment plans for a stable post-acute population
  • Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants on-site
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
  • Collaborate with facility teams for holistic care coordination
  • Document visits and billing accurately using EMR and E/M coding
  • Promote the organization’s mission and care standards

    • Qualifications include an active SC medical license, Board Certification or Eligibility in Primary Care, and experience in EMR documentation. Leadership skills and a passion for post-acute care are essential.


    Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6–8 hour shifts, approximately 16 patients/day, with part-time options available.


    Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $270,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
