Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.
Providers serve as the sole clinician, managing acute and episodic care independently within established protocols, supported by a dedicated team and clinical leadership.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, treating conditions, performing procedures like laceration repairs, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients.
Work in fully equipped clinics with diagnostic tools, handling an average of 3–4 patients/hour, with schedules of 3 shifts/week, rotating weekends, and no on-call duties. Compensation is $55–$70/hour with benefits such as insurance, 401(k), paid time off, CME allowance, and career growth opportunities.
