Overview

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric ABA clinic and provide evidence-based speech and language services.

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans addressing language, pragmatics, articulation, AAC, and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and caregivers while maintaining professional boundaries and scope of practice.
  • Provide caregiver training, participate in team meetings, and ensure compliance with documentation and ethical standards.

  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree, current Kentucky SLP license, CCC-SLP, pediatric experience, and preferred autism spectrum disorder experience.

We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, a collaborative environment, professional growth opportunities, and benefits like license reimbursement and paid time off.

This full-time role emphasizes quality care, respects professional expertise, and does not require practicing ABA outside speech therapy.
