Exciting opportunity for a House Physician with Cardiology or Critical Care experience to join a CICU team in a 9-bed CICU and 6-bed Cardiac stepdown unit. This full-time, nocturnal-only role involves providing advanced care for patients with acute cardiac conditions, performing physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and performing ICU procedures.
Responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, supporting quality improvement, and educating patients and families. Candidates must have an MD/DO, be board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine, and hold valid NY licensure and DEA/Medicaid numbers. The position offers a faculty appointment, competitive salary of $84,000, and comprehensive benefits. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
