We are hiring a full-time Physician (MD or DO) for a Post-Acute Care team in Greenville, SC.
Enjoy a _weekday-only_ schedule with no weekends, low daily patient volume, and a setting in Skilled Nursing and Rehab.
Provide direct patient care, including admissions, follow-ups, and Medicare visits.Manage treatment plans for a stable post-acute population.Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants onsite.Ensure compliance with all regulations and documentation using EMR and proper coding.Collaborate with facility teams to deliver holistic care.Qualifications include active SC medical license, Board certification or eligibility, and experience in chronic and post-acute care.Schedule is Monday to Friday, 6–8 hour shifts, with ~16 patients/day, no nights or weekends. Part-time options available.Salary ranges from $250,000 to $270,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.
