Overview

Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for full-time or part-time work with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay ($55-$65/hour).

  • Provide patient-centered evaluations and treatments to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities, collaborating with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document services accurately, and communicate progress effectively.
  • Supervise clinical staff and contribute to professional development through continuing education and team presentations.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, discharge planning, and caregiver training to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, adhere to regulatory standards, and demonstrate professional and positive workplace behaviors.

  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification, California licensure, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred. Must have current CPR certification and be able to perform physical tasks associated with patient care.
