Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for full-time or part-time work with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay ($55-$65/hour).
Provide patient-centered evaluations and treatments to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities, collaborating with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document services accurately, and communicate progress effectively.Supervise clinical staff and contribute to professional development through continuing education and team presentations.Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, discharge planning, and caregiver training to ensure comprehensive patient care.Maintain a safe work environment, adhere to regulatory standards, and demonstrate professional and positive workplace behaviors.Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification, California licensure, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred. Must have current CPR certification and be able to perform physical tasks associated with patient care.
