Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide behavioral health services within a primary care setting and support school and community outreach programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting behavioral health assessments, counseling, and care coordination
  • Collaborating with primary care providers in an integrated care model
  • Participating in outreach initiatives in schools and the community
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in the EHR

Qualifications:

  • MSW required
  • Missouri LCSW license or eligibility
  • Experience in clinical or medical settings preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule & Benefits:

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday outpatient position
  • Competitive salary of $70,000–$85,000/year
