Overview
Physical Therapist
Provide compassionate, evidence-based rehabilitative care for patients in acute and outpatient settings. Evaluate functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver therapeutic interventions to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care. Document patient progress and outcomes, educate patients and families on treatment and self-management, and support safe discharge planning.
Contribute to a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
