Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Provide compassionate, direct patient care within a healthcare setting. Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and support individualized care plans under the guidance of RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.

- Deliver direct patient care and assist with clinical interventions
- Administer medications and monitor responses
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to support care plans
- Educate patients and families on care needs and health management
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold patient safety standards
- Ensure quality care by following policies, procedures, and clinical best practices
Qualifications & Skills
- Current LPN licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care, safety, and documentation accuracy
