Surgical Technologist

Overview

Surgical Technologist II to support the perioperative team by maintaining a safe, sterile operating room environment.

Key Duties

• Prepare and maintain sterile field and operating room readiness.
• Assemble surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist surgeons and nursing staff during surgical procedures.
• Support patient positioning and surgical draping.
• Perform and verify procedural counts and related safety checks.
• Ensure accurate documentation throughout the perioperative process.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven ability to work effectively in an operating room environment.
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique, instrument care, and surgical workflows.
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfort supporting high-quality, compassionate patient care.
