Registered Nurse (ICU Resource Team)


Provide expert, evidence-based critical care to critically ill patients across multiple ICUs in a float role, responding to changing acuity and staffing needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously assess and monitor patients, including hemodynamic and clinical status.
  • Manage medications and infusions safely and accurately.
  • Deliver ventilator and other advanced supportive care as needed.
  • Participate actively in codes and rapid responses.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
  • Mentor and support newer nursing staff.
  • Support quality improvement, patient safety, and infection prevention initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Current RN license.
  • Strong ICU/critical care nursing assessment and monitoring skills.
  • Proficiency with medication/infusion management and life-support equipment.
  • Ability to perform effectively during emergent and high-acuity situations.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care.
