Overview
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced associate dentist to join our dynamic, large team in mixed NHS and private practices in North Oxfordshire, with openings in Banbury and Bloxham.
Work is supported by full chairside assistance in modern surgeries equipped with digital scanners and OPT, alongside a team of therapists, hygienists, and dentists with special interests.
We provide mentoring, annual appraisals, and peer reviews focused on clinical development and quality improvement.
Flexible working hours are available, with full and part-time positions, starting from April or upon the right candidate's availability.
This role is part of the BOB Dental Recruitment Incentive Scheme, offering a £30k incentive linked to a 3-year commitment. A performer number and minimum 2 years of experience are required.
