Overview
Clinical Registered Nurse (RN)
Provide compassionate, person-centered care to seniors in skilled nursing and rehab settings. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team to promote safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes.
Key Duties
- Assess patients and determine nursing needs
- Administer medications and treatments per clinical standards
- Collaborate to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate residents and families
- Document clinical information accurately in the EHR
- Support spiritual and emotional needs within a faith-based environment
- Mentor and support CNAs
- Participate in quality improvement and infection control initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license
- Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and care coordination skills
- Effective communication and patient/family education ability
- Proficiency with EHR documentation
- Compassionate, team-oriented approach to holistic care
