Job Summary

Lead 24/7 operations for a Transplant ICU, ensuring high-quality critical care for transplant patients. Oversee nursing staffing, patient flow, and unit performance, adjusting resources based on acuity and census.


Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, coach, and support nursing staff to enhance performance.

Qualifications & Skills
