Overview

Role Summary

Perform MRI examinations in accordance with professional standards and departmental policies. Execute cardiovascular research pulse sequences and support administration of research protocols. Provide appropriate patient care throughout cardiovascular MRI procedures.


Key Duties

  • Conduct MRI scans following established clinical and research guidelines.
  • Run cardiovascular research pulse sequences accurately and consistently.
  • Assist with administration and support of research MRI protocols.
  • Provide patient care and maintain safety during cardiovascular procedures.
  • Instruct and mentor fellow technologists on MRI procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in MRI operation and adherence to professional standards.
  • Experience running cardiovascular MRI research pulse sequences.
  • Ability to support research protocol administration and documentation.
  • Strong patient care and safety awareness during imaging procedures.
  • Ability to teach and collaborate effectively with other technologists.
