Supervisor–Clinical Nursing (Critical Care Stepdown)
Lead daily clinical operations for a Critical Care Stepdown unit and coordinate patient care to deliver high-quality, evidence-based outcomes.
- Oversee unit operations and ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Coordinate and support patient care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
- Mentor, coach, and support nursing staff in clinical practice.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with leaders to improve patient outcomes and unit performance.
- Promote shared governance and support ongoing professional education and development.
