Life Plan Counselor

Provide resident-first guidance to older adults and their families as they explore Life Plan and continuing care options. Listen to individual needs, explain community living choices and available services, and help prospective residents make informed decisions with respect and integrity.


Key Duties

  • Deliver compassionate counseling and support throughout the decision-making process.
  • Educate families on community living options and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with teams across healthcare, hospitality, and community operations.
  • Contribute to a welcoming, consistent resident and family experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in counseling, senior living, healthcare, social services, or customer service (relevant experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Empathy, professionalism, and integrity in a mission-driven environment.
