Overview
Clinical Nurse Coordinator coordinates and leads patient care on a nursing unit, overseeing daily clinical operations and supporting bedside nurses to deliver high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.
- Oversee unit clinical workflow, staffing, and patient flow
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Support evidence-based practice and consistent clinical standards
- Promote patient safety, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation
- Mentor, educate, and develop nursing staff
