Postpartum Mother-Baby Registered Nurse

Overview

Seeking a Mother Baby Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care for postpartum patients and newborns in a patient-centered setting.

• Perform comprehensive assessments for postpartum patients and newborns and monitor clinical status.
• Administer medications and provide direct bedside nursing care.
• Support breastfeeding, including lactation-focused education and guidance.
• Educate families on newborn care, postpartum recovery, and safe discharge practices.
• Collaborate with obstetric, pediatric, and lactation teams to coordinate care.
• Use advanced technology and clinical best practices to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications/Skills: Current RN licensure, strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills, knowledge of postpartum and newborn care, effective communication and family education, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
