Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications
Educate patients on health management and preventive care
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards
Skills Needed:
Valid NP license in California
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
