We are seeking a dedicated Locum Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Surgery – Cardiothoracic in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
Provide specialized preoperative and postoperative care for cardiothoracic surgery patients
Perform patient assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on procedures and recovery
Document all patient interactions accurately and timely
Skills Needed:
Current NC Nurse Practitioner license
Certification in family or adult-gerontology primary care
Strong knowledge of cardiothoracic procedures and patient management
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
