Hospital Medicine Advanced Practice Provider
Provide high-quality inpatient hospital medicine care as a board-certified or board-eligible advanced practice provider within an established practice serving the Myrtle Beach region.
Work collaboratively with physicians and other advanced practice providers across acute-care hospital settings, with access to specialty support and Epic EMR.
Key Duties
- Deliver comprehensive hospital medicine care to inpatient patients
- Coordinate patient evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management
- Collaborate with physicians and fellow advanced practice providers to support continuity of care
- Utilize Epic EMR to document care and manage clinical workflows
- Consult and coordinate with specialty support as needed
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible as an advanced practice provider
- Strong clinical judgment in acute care hospital settings
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Proficiency with electronic medical record documentation (Epic experience preferred)
