Overview
Director of Emergency Services to lead a high-acuity, patient-centered Emergency Services department.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations, staffing, budgeting, and quality initiatives for Emergency Services.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards and clinical policies.
- Partner with physicians and hospital leadership to improve patient safety, throughput, and patient experience.
- Lead evidence-based emergency care practices and support continuous quality improvement.
- Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experienced RN leader with demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong background in Emergency Department (ED) operations and emergency care delivery.
- Proven ability to manage clinical operations, quality, and people effectively.
