Medical Assistant / Limited License X-Ray Tech
Support a fast-paced, patient-centered urgent care setting by assisting with patient flow and direct clinical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Room and triage patients; obtain vital signs and relevant patient information
- Collect specimens and assist providers during exams and minor procedures
- Perform limited-scope X-rays in compliance with radiation safety standards
- Document patient care and procedures accurately in the EHR
- Support lab testing and assist with medication administration per established protocols
- Provide patient education and assist with care instructions
Qualifications & Skills
- Comfort working in a high-volume, team-based urgent care environment
- Ability to perform clinical assistant duties and limited-scope imaging safely
- Strong attention to detail for documentation and protocol adherence
- Effective communication and compassionate, patient-focused approach
