Float Pool Registered Nurse

Overview

Registered Nurse (Float Pool) provides comprehensive, patient-first nursing care across multiple hospital units. The role includes assessing patients, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care for diverse populations.

• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in line with evidence-based clinical standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interprofessional teams to coordinate safe, high-quality care
• Document assessments and care plans in the electronic health record
• Support patient and family education to promote understanding and healthy outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Deliver care that responds to varying patient acuity and unit needs

Qualifications & Skills: Registered Nurse licensure, strong clinical judgment, proficiency in evidence-based practice, effective communication and teamwork, accurate EHR documentation, and a patient-centered approach.
