Overview

We are hiring a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, focusing on patient-centered, evidence-based care in line with FQHC standards.

Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions across all ages, delivering preventive services, managing chronic diseases, ordering tests, prescribing medications, documenting in EMR, coordinating care, and supervising staff.

Qualifications: MD or DO, completed residency, board certification or eligibility, active license, DEA registration, BLS (ACLS preferred), with outpatient or underserved community experience preferred.

Skills: strong clinical judgment, communication, cultural competence, EMR proficiency, and team collaboration.
