Collaborate with patients and teams to develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatments, create weekly rounding schedules, and maintain accurate records.
Work Environment:
Day shifts, in-person, flexible hours (8-40 hours/week), with options for part-time or full-time work.
