Join our team as an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner in the Princeton and Sullivan, IN area.

    You will collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored treatment plans, conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatments, and create weekly rounding schedules.

    Requirements: Certified Nurse Practitioner, preferably 2+ years in Skilled Nursing facilities, strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to travel within a 12-20 mile radius.

    Work is in-person, day shifts, with flexible hours from 8 to 35 per week based on employment status.
