Overview
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced associate dentist to join our large, dynamic team in mixed NHS and private practices located in North Oxfordshire.
Our current vacancies are due to relocation and are available in Banbury (OX16) and Bloxham (OX15). You will work with full chairside support in modern, fully equipped surgeries, including digital scanners and OPT, alongside an experienced team of dentists, therapists, and hygienists with special interests.
We provide mentoring, annual appraisals, and peer review sessions focused on clinical development and quality improvement.
Flexible working hours are available, with both full and part-time positions. The role can start from April or later for the right candidate. This position is part of the BOB Dental Recruitment Incentive Scheme 2025/26, offering a £30k incentive linked to a 3-year commitment. A performer number and a minimum of 2 years' experience are required.
